Coconut-Curry Baked Tempeh

  • I counted 9 tempeh cubes
  • The vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, bean sprouts; do not have that raw taste (which I dislike)
  • The curry taste light

Hearty Coconut Beef Rendang

  • The beef was a bit chewy
  • The rendang wasn’t over-powering
  • The acar is really sour —in a good way

Notes

  • Food were delivered at exactly 05:30 PM and still hot.
  • Even after 30 min, the food remains warm, didn’t have to reheat it.
  • Butterfly pea rice was like a mix of chicken rice and nasi lemak.
  • Overall it was great. Not heavy. I thought the serving was too small at first but I felt almost full as I finished the meal.
  • After the meal I felt almost full, which is how I like it. I don’t like eating till I am terribly full and bloated.
  • I think if I add a fruit or a light snack/bread it will complete my hunger.
  • Best of all I love the packaging. No more washing dishes!
